1. Who we are

This website is operated by PSAD Tiling Renovations Ltd., a British Columbia company (incorporation number BC1462095, incorporated 22 January 2024), doing business as PS Tiling Bathroom & Kitchen Renovation. 2. Using this website

You may browse this site and use it to learn about our work and to request an estimate. You may not copy our photographs, text or design for commercial use, scrape the site, or use it in a way that interferes with how it runs or with other visitors. The photographs on this site show real projects we completed; they are not stock images and remain our property or the property of the homeowners who allowed us to publish them.

3. Information on this site

We try to keep everything here accurate. Prices, timelines and ranges shown on this site are typical figures for Metro Vancouver and are there to help you plan. They are not an offer and they are not a quote. The only binding price is the written, itemized quote we prepare after visiting your home. Product names, brands and material specifications may change between projects.

4. Estimate requests and bookings

Submitting the estimate form, calling us, or booking a visit creates no contract and no obligation on either side. It asks us to contact you and, if we both agree, to visit your home and prepare a quote. The visit is free. Visit times chosen on the form are preferences, not confirmed appointments, until we confirm them with you by phone or text.

A written quote is valid for 30 days from its date [CONFIRM]. Work begins only after you accept the quote in writing and any deposit stated in it is received. The signed quote, together with any written change orders, is the contract for the work. If anything in these website terms conflicts with your signed quote, the signed quote governs.

5. Calls, texts and email

When you tick the consent box on the estimate form you agree that we may call, text or email you about your project at the number and address you provide. We use these channels to confirm your visit, send your quote, and coordinate the work. We do not send marketing messages without your separate consent, and every text we send tells you how to stop them: reply STOP. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. This consent is not a condition of hiring us; you can always call us instead.

6. Photos you send us

Photos you upload through the estimate form are used to understand your project and prepare your quote. By uploading them you confirm you have the right to share them and you allow us to store them and share them with the trades who will work on your project. We do not publish your photos.

7. Photos of finished work

We photograph the projects we build. Before we publish photographs of your home on this website, on our Google Business Profile or on social media, we ask for your permission, and we never publish your name, street address or anything that identifies your home from the street. You can withdraw that permission at any time by contacting us, and we will remove the photographs within a reasonable time.

8. Reviews and testimonials

Reviews shown on this site are from real customers and are reproduced with permission or from public review platforms. We do not pay for reviews and we do not edit their meaning. If you believe a review about you or your project has been published in error, contact us.

9. Our responsibility for this website

We provide this website as it is. We do our best to keep it available and free of errors, but we do not guarantee that it will always be. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss arising from your use of the website itself or from reliance on general information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under British Columbia consumer protection law, and nothing here limits our responsibilities under a signed quote for renovation work; those are set out in the quote and in your warranty.

10. Workmanship warranty

Our workmanship warranty is stated in your written quote [CONFIRM length and scope with the owner; typical in this market is two years on workmanship]. It covers our labour and installation and is separate from the manufacturer warranties on tile, fixtures, glass and other materials, which we pass on to you.

11. Links to other sites

This site links to Instagram, Facebook, Google and other services we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

12. Privacy

How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply in British Columbia. Any dispute about this website is to be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
