What we collect

When you request an estimate we collect your name, phone number, email if you give it, city, project type, anything you write, and photos you upload. We use this to call you back, book a visit and prepare a quote. Nothing else.

Texting and calling

By ticking the consent box you agree that we may text or call you about your project. Reply STOP to any text to end messages. We do not send marketing texts without asking first.

Where it goes

Your request is emailed to us, sent to our phone as a text, and stored in a private spreadsheet we use to track estimates. Photos are stored on Cloudflare in Canada or the United States. We do not sell or share your information.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand which pages and ads bring people to us. These set cookies. You can block them in your browser.
