Lucco bathroom renovation: tub out, glass walk-in shower in

An outdated tub replaced with a modern glass shower, large-format porcelain and a vertical accent strip.

Lucco called us about a bathroom in Coquitlam that still had its original bathtub, and nobody in the house used it. He wanted a modern glass shower with modern tile in the same footprint.

We removed the tub and surround, checked the plumbing before anything was covered, waterproofed the shower area, and tiled the walls and floor in large-format porcelain with a vertical accent strip to give the room height. Frameless 10 mm glass finished it.

The layout and the bones of the room stayed where they were, which is where the value is: a full refresh without moving plumbing. [CONFIRM timeline and any details with the owner.]
